Your Lake Property Wish List

Looking for a lake home or cabin on a lake somewhere in NW Wisconsin? Not sure about which lake is right for you? I’ve developed a simple checklist to help you think about the type of lake, recreation activities, and home/cabin style that best fits your lifestyle and your budget.

This quick checklist will make it easier for me to help you find the cabin, lake home, or lakeshore building site that’s just right for you.  After all, everyone’s different.  So are their wants, needs, and dreams.  The property that’s perfect for you might not be perfect for me or for anyone else.  This worksheet will also help you think more objectively about any trade-offs that might be necessary within a particular price range.  Finally, keep in mind that even if money is no object, you’ll still need to make choices and trade-offs.  Example: I can find you a quiet lake that’s good for paddling and wildlife watching or a deep, open lake good for waterskiing and jetskiing.  It’s tough to find both in the same lake.
