Wisconsin Housing Stats

Wisconsin homes sales continued strong in November, a growth trend that started in July of 2011. Existing homes sales rose 24.8% last month compared to November of a year ago.

A 17-month growth statewide confirms a healthy housing market. Year-to-date sales are up just over 21%, by far the highest levels since 2007. The Northern region grew at just over 20% in November.
