Throughout the country there was an average sales increase of 48% year over year during the June-September 2020 period, and 81% had year over year sales gains. Sixty eight percent of vacation homes sold in less than one month compared to previous years.
A resort location had 39% of second home sales, the location where most buyers preferred to purchase a second home.
