Silver Lake lies northeast of Trego, Wisconsin; it’s just east of Highway 53. At its south end, you’ll find the unincorporated community of Lampson. Silver Lake is in the town of Brooklyn, which is nothing like that other Brooklyn.

At 188 acres, Silver Lake is a relatively small lake. It has a shoreline of 3.2 miles and a maximum depth of 28 feet. Secchi disk water clarity is 11 feet.
