Nicaboyne Lake is located east of the more well-known Long Lake and Des Moine Lake; it lies just west of Lily Lake. Nicaboyne Lake covers 291 acres, and has a shoreline of 3.74 miles, a maximum depth of 34 feet, and a mean depth of 12 feet. In it, you’ll find bass, northern pike, and panfish. Since much of Nicaboyne Lake is bordered by wetlands, it has a more remote, less urban feel than nearby lakes like Long Lake or Des Moines Lake.
